MERIDIA COLLECTION was born from the collaboration of three tourism professionals united by a shared vision: to enhance hospitality through authentic experiences, high-quality services, and a welcoming approach that truly places the traveler at the center of every experience.

For over twenty years, we have been operating throughout the Puglian region, holding key roles across the travel, hospitality, and vacation rental sectors. This journey has allowed us to develop an in-depth understanding of both the territory and the needs of those who visit it.

COO & Co-Founder

With over 30 years of experience in the tourism industry, she is a certified Technical Director of Travel and Tourism Agencies, as well as a lecturer and professional trainer. She specializes in designing personalized experiences and tailor-made itineraries.

Ignazio Giannino
CMO & Co-Founder

He boasts over thirty years of experience in the hotel industry. Throughout his career, he has held all major operational and managerial roles, advancing to the position of Hotel Director and developing a comprehensive vision of hospitality.

Riccardo MANNA
CEO & Founder

With over 25 years of experience in the hospitality industry, after his background in the hotel sector, he became one of the pioneers of the vacation rental industry in Puglia, opening a B&B as early as 2005. He is also a lecturer, professional trainer, and specialized consultant.
